Most of our work happens between ten at night and five in the morning. Grocery floors, checkout lanes, restrooms, break rooms, back-of-house and stockrooms — cleaned on a schedule so the building is ready before the doors open. We run supervised crews, not one person with a mop, which is what it takes to finish a full store in a single shift. If you already have a cleaning company, we will walk the building with you and quote against what you pay now.
Nights and weekends. Your staff does not work around us and your customers never see a mop bucket during business hours.
Sales floor, aisles, entries, restrooms and break rooms — plus the stockroom, the kitchen and the loading area that most bids quietly leave out.
A lead runs every shift and answers to you, so a problem gets fixed that night instead of turning into a phone call the next week.

Post-Construction Cleaning
This is the part of a commercial job that everyone underestimates until the week of turnover. Drywall dust settles on everything twice, the glass is covered in adhesive and overspray, the mechanical rooms have never been touched, and the floor still has protection on it. We come in behind the trades and hand the building over clean — retail buildouts, dealerships, warehouses and office space. If you are a general contractor with a certificate of occupancy date, this is the call to make early, not the week before.
Debris pulled, floors swept and the site kept workable while the trades are still going. Cheaper than letting it pile up until the end.
Every surface wiped, glass cleaned inside and out, fixtures polished, floors stripped of protection and finished. The condition the owner expects on walkthrough day.
Structural steel, exposed ceilings, ductwork, conduit and pump rooms. The areas that fail an inspection because nobody scoped them.
Commercial Floor Care
A commercial floor is the first thing anyone notices and the last thing that gets budgeted. Quarry tile in a kitchen, VCT in a corridor, polished concrete in a warehouse aisle and large-format tile in a cafe all fail differently and all need a different machine. We strip old finish down, scrub the grout instead of painting over it, lay new coats and burnish them up. If the floor is still sound, restoring it costs a fraction of replacing it — and we will tell you honestly which one you have.
Old finish stripped to the tile, new coats laid and burnished. A floor that has gone yellow and dull usually does not need replacing, it needs the old wax off.
Ride-on and walk-behind scrubbers for warehouse aisles, sales floors and back-of-house. Square footage that a mop simply cannot cover in a shift.
Grout goes dark because it is porous, not because it is stained forever. It comes back further than most managers expect.

Pressure Washing
The outside of a property is the first thing a customer, a tenant or an inspector sees, and it is the thing that quietly gets worse every month until somebody notices all at once. We wash parking decks and garages, sidewalks and entries, dumpster pads, loading areas and building exteriors. Parking structures we run overnight, deck by deck, so you are not closing levels during the day and losing spaces your tenants are paying for.
Washed level by level overnight. Oil drip, tire marks and the grime that makes a two-year-old deck look ten.
Painted markings come back bright once the film over them is gone. An accessible stall nobody can read is a compliance problem, not a cosmetic one.
Gum, spills and the dark ring around a dumpster pad that everyone walks past and nobody scopes.
Commercial Window Cleaning
Glass is the one surface where nobody notices the work and everybody notices the streaks. We clean storefronts, curtain wall, interior partitions and high glass on commercial buildings — from lifts when the height calls for it. On new construction it is usually the hardest part of the final clean, because the glass comes covered in adhesive, stickers and overspray that a squeegee alone will not touch.
The glass your customers put their hands on all day. Inside and out, on a schedule that keeps it that way.
Scissor lifts and boom lifts where the height calls for it, with the crew trained to work off them.
Stickers, labels, adhesive, overspray and concrete splatter scraped off new glass without scratching it. This is skill, not soap.

Escalator & Travelator Cleaning
Almost nobody offers this, which is exactly why we do. Escalator treads and cart travelators trap grease and grit down in the grooves where a mop cannot reach, and it builds up until the whole unit reads dirty no matter how clean the floor around it is. We clean the treads, comb plates, skirt panels and handrails overnight while the equipment is shut down. If you run a multi-level store with a cart travelator, you already know how few companies will touch it.
The grooves are the whole problem. Cleaned down into them instead of wiped across the top.
The edges where grit collects and where an inspection tends to look first.
The one part of an escalator every single customer touches.
